So I don’t know why I freaked out about team leading… the other girls didn’t really need my help. The things they needed help on were so basic and the computer system, which I’m very use to. I pretty much walked around the unit for 7 hours bored out of my mind. 

OH! Rachel, if you read this, do you remember that guy RN who had the baby when we were in clinical on that unit? Yeah, he remembered me! Lol. Maybe he will recognize you too. 

I don’t care to be a leader! I can admit it. I’m a follower, and I’m very happy being a follower. I’m probably one of the most unconfident person when it comes to nursing skills, and now I have to go and help lower level nursing students? What if they ask me something I don’t know?! Gahhhh. I think I’m really freaking out for nothing…

I’m sick of my professors telling me that one day I’m going to have to be a charge nurse. I don’t want to be a charge nurse! I don’t care of having the leadership/management position! Just let me follow orders. Geez. That’s how I like it.
